Central location

The Futura I–IV technology center buildings are located in the heart of Northern Europe's leading energy technology cluster. The buildings are located in the rapidly growing Vaasa Airport Park, which now employs over 4,000 people.

Vaasa Airport Park is located near the airport, a 7-minute drive from the center of Vaasa. Vaasa local buses 4 and 9 run near the Futura I–IV buildings.

Parking

Guest parking spaces are located in the front yards of Futura I–IV buildings, where guests can park easily and conveniently. There are also charging points for electric and hybrid cars in connection to all the Futura I-IV -buildings.

There is both lockable indoor storage and frame-lockable outdoor bicycle parking spaces available for bicycles.

Restaurants

Futura I–IV buildings have three high-quality lunch restaurants that operate on the Open House principle.

Lobby services

Futura I-IV buildings are easy to access, even for first-time guests, thanks to the on-site lobby and information services. Building users can also take care of their daily routines at our service points.

Conference facilities and catering

We offer the region's largest collection of meeting, conference and training facilities of various sizes and styles to our customers cost-effectively. The facilities can be rented by both building users and external operators. The facilities are always equipped with wireless connections and modern AV equipment.
